There is a cave network in the Everfree Forest that has served as a place of respite and peace for weary travellers and ancient pony tribes who once inhabited the area. As it is isolated from extreme weather conditions and conflict, this has allowed all sorts of fauna to grow all over the cavern, an assortment of moss and plants as well as an accompanying thriving ecosystem of usually small creatures. The amount of life concentrated in this one cave network is the source of the magical properties which have had a calming/healing effect on visitors, both pony and non-pony alike.
